The role: What will you do as a Healthcare Support Worker
You will need at least 6 months UK experience within a mental health setting.
Within this role you will be supporting the trained nurses in delivering direct care for patients and have excellent support from a team of Sisters including a dedicated band 6 sister and a unit manager.
You will provide therapeutic care and support to patients, which includes observing, monitoring, and keeping a record of patient conditions, treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty.

Because it is a non-negotiable requirement for you to provide proof of immunisations for, Hepatitis B (2) Varicella and MMR (2) in order to work within the NHS, please do not apply if you are unable to provide proof of immunisations for ALL of these.
The candidate: What you'll need as a Healthcare Support Worker

• You must have at least 6 months recent and relevant experience
• Proof of Immunisations for TB, Hepatitis B, Varicella and MMR
• Up-to-date training certificates
• UK Resident
• Driver with own vehicle
• Restraint Training - PMVA, PBM, MAPA
• You must have the right to work in UK
