Job Opportunity: Support Worker (Mental Health and Complex Needs)
Location: London
Contract: Initial 3-month contract
Salary: £12£13 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Requirements: Must be a car driver
We are seeking a committed and compassionate Support Worker to join our team, providing recovery-focused, psychologically informed support to individuals with mental health and complex needs.
Role Purpose: Deliver outcome-focused interventions and personalised support to empower individuals.
Use a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) approach to help people manage their mental health, improve physical health, and build support networks.
Champion equality, inclusion, and empowerment for all service users, including BME and LGBT+ groups.
Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored, one-to-one support, developing personalised recovery plans.
Act as a navigator, connecting individuals with community resources and specialist services.
Promote mental health awareness and community engagement to reduce stigma.
Maintain accurate records and collaborate with professionals to ensure high-quality care.
