MEP Junior Quantity Surveyor:

Our client is currently seeking a junior quantity surveyor to join their team in the specialist living division. This company is a prominent MEP tier 1 subcontractor in the UK, collaborating with major principal contractors in the industry. The primary responsibility of the selected candidate will be to provide support and assistance in the delivery of a large-scale project. The project, located in central London, will have a significant MEP value ranging from �10-�15M. Therefore, it is essential for the ideal candidate to have some experience in managing projects of this scale. Previous involvement in residential projects is a requirement, and familiarity with tier 1 main contractors is highly desirable.

The junior quantity surveyor will be primarily based at the project site, overseeing day-to-day operations on the ground. However, they will also be expected to spend one day per week or fortnight at the office. This arrangement is put in place to ensure that the candidate remains closely engaged with the project activities while maintaining regular communication with the team at the company's headquarters.
