Job Title: MEP Manager.

Salary: £60,000k - £70,000k plus benefits. DOE.

Are you a MEP Manager in the Newcastle area?
I am looking to speak to MEP Managers to join my client, a Main Contractor who operate strongly in the North East and surrounding areas. They deliver a wide range of projects from Commercial, Retail as well as Healthcare and Education.
You will be joining a fantastic team, deliver commercial units. They are looking for someone from a Main Contractor background essentially, Mechanical and Electrical basis, collectively working with the site teams executing M&E installations and commissioning. Working closely with the construction / commercial team, to help deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Project values with be circa £1million - 15million.
Also, professionalism is key, organised, great work ethic, technically proficient and great interpersonal skills help leading a team, to excellence. The opportunities are endless with my client, they have a lot of projects now and in the pipeline for long term work.
