• Salary £60K - £75K + package 

Are you a seasoned Project Manager / Technical Services Manager / Building Services Manager with a strong background in Mechanical & Electrical?

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the M&E package of a large-scale commercail project in Gosport, Hampshire. This is a high-profile 13-month project with a budget exceeding £12 million, offering an exciting opportunity to work alongside the main contractor, consulting, advising and supporting them on their M&E package, helping to deliver excellence.

You must have compitent knoweldge in both mechanical and electrical management  and have worked on large scale, commercail projects.

This is a client facing, consutling role, so you will be involved in advising the main client on their M&E package, involved in dealing with the client, design teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the M&E package


• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within the allocated budget.


• Coordinate with various stakeholders including client, contractor, and onsite teams.


• Implement and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.


• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.


• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with specific expertise in Mechanical & Electrical - across large & high value projects


• Strong track record of successfully managing large-scale commercail & or residential projects.


• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


• Solid understanding of construction processes, regulations, and standards.


• Qualification in Mechanical or elelectrical, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
