A major specialist MEP contractor is looking to recruit a passionate and innovative MEP Planner to join their team in the Liverpool area. They focus on high-profile, technically complex Mechanical and Electrical projects across multiple sectors. If you are enthusiastic about the Mechanical and Electrical aspects of construction and eager to challenge the norm, then this could be the role for you. 
As a MEP Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the adequacy of planning and programming for the projects. You will provide functional leadership, adhere to company procedures, and meet project requirements to achieve proper management and commercial protection.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the site team and main contractor to ensure fully integrated project programmes.
\n
• Study specifications, drawings, and relevant contract documents in conjunction with engineers and surveyors.
\n
• Conduct regular project reporting to keep the site team informed of progress.
\n
• Liaise with the project team to produce and issue progress reports, percentages, and drop-down programmes in line with best practices.
\n
• Manage MEP programmes using ASTA Powerproject. 
\n
