MEP Project Manager - Healthcare Project - South West London

A Specialist Mechanical Contractor that is renowned for its expertise in the energy sectors, is actively seeking a Project Manager to join a large decarbonisation project in South West London.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong MEP management and install background and better yet, have experience in large decarbonisation projects.

This contractor has grown rapidly in the last five years across energy and data centre sectors and have major plans for the company across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe, making it an exciting time to be joining the company.

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for client


• Oversee all works


• Chair weekly design meeting with senior Directors and external clients


• Ensure timely and budget friendly delivery of the project


• Manage program


• Liaise with internal stakeholders – commercial team, design team and senior leaders.


• Take the lead in overseeing QA across all installs

Requirements:

• Strong M&E install & management experience


• Strong IT skills


• Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment


• Delivered projects up to £4m in value


• Independent and forward thinking attitude
