We are pleased to be supporting our client, a worldwide leader in the construction industry, in their search to secure an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor on a large-scale HS2 site in Birmingham.

You will join a Tier 1 leading civil & infrastructure specialist with 70 years' experience, focused on planning, developing and executing some of the largest and most reputable infrastructure projects in the UK.

The MEP Quantity Surveyor manages the cost and contract management aspects of MEP work packages within the project from initiation to close-out.

The Person:

• Good knowledge of all aspects of commercial management
• Familiarity with various forms of NEC contract
• Good IT skills especially excel and commercial software
• Previous experience of working in the M&E environment
• Worked on NEC 3 option C
