Highly successful, construction management company is seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to play a key role on a new multi-million pound science laboratory project in London. As a MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in steering the financial aspects of Mechanical & Electrical packages, ensuring the seamless integration of cost management within this impressive project.
Your day-to-day will be dynamic and engaging. You will be involved in the development of tender lists, budget analysis, and the preparation of tender documentation. Your analytical acumen will be put to the test as you undertake the commercial evaluation of tenders, contributing to recommendation reports and contract documentation.
As a key liaison, you will interact with contractors and client representatives, ensuring that instructions are executed, costs are negotiated, and change orders are issued promptly. Your vigilance in maintaining up-to-date accounts and your proactive approach to inspecting trade contract works will be crucial to the project's success.
