MEP Quantity Surveyor

MEP Quantity Surveyor (All Levels) – London & Surrounding Areas

A leading company is currently seeking MEP Quantity Surveyors at all levels to join their teams working on prestigious construction projects across London and the surrounding areas. This role involves collaborating with some of the UK's top Building Services Contractors and end users, contributing to innovative projects within the residential, commercial, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.

The successful candidates will be responsible for a variety of commercial tasks, including:

• Conducting contractual reviews
• Pricing variations
• Preparing and issuing applications for payment
• Managing procurement processes
• Overseeing sub-contractor payments
• Producing monthly cost reports to ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule

The role requires excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work closely with project commercial teams, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.

• HNC or BSc in Quantity Surveying (preferred)
• Experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical Services is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of construction contracts is beneficial, though tailored training can be provided
• Strong commercial awareness and effective communication skills are essential

• Competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience
