MEP Quantity Surveyor

MEP Quantity Surveyor - I am currently looking for 2 x MEP Quantity Surveyors in either Northampton or Cambridge, working for one of the larges M&E project contractors in the UK. Working on a number of exciting projects mainly across schools and prisons.

Project values range from �3m to �20m+.

As an MEP Quantity Surveyor, your duties will include :-

• Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for potential savings and efficiencies


• Work closely with commercial manager and project manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget


• Manage changes to project scope and assess their impact on overall costs


• Monthly applications for payment


• Negotiating and preparing subcontractor documents


• Costing and agreeing project variations

The starting salary for the MEP Quantity Surveyor will depend on experience from �60k+. A company car or car allowance and fuel card will also be offered along with company pension, 25 days holiday allowance and the opportunity to progress within the business.

Formal qualifications are essential, RICS is advantageous but not essential.
