MEP Supervisor

A skilled MEP Coordinator is required in County Kerry to manage the mechanical and electrical (M&E) package for a turnkey cleanroom project, encompassing CSA and M&E services. The mechanical scope includes the installation of 21 RCUs, along with all associated ductwork and piping to a chilled water skid. The electrical scope covers general cleanroom services, including door interlocking and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the M&E package, ensuring the seamless coordination of mechanical and electrical installations.

• Supervising and supporting the installation of 21 RCUs, ductwork, and chilled water skid piping.

• Overseeing electrical service integration, including cleanroom systems and door interlocking.

• Collaborating with the wider project team to ensure the successful delivery of the package.

• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an M&E Coordinator or Supervisor on similar projects.

• Strong expertise in either mechanical or electrical disciplines, with preference for candidates with experience in both.

• Previous experience in cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or high-tech facility projects is desirable.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

• Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and on-site activities efficiently.
