About the Role:
As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you will be an integral part of the merchandising team, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your role will involve assisting with stock management, data analysis, and ensuring accurate product allocation across various channels. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, offering you exposure to a wide range of tasks and opportunities to learn and grow within the merchandising field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the merchandising team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with stock allocation and distribution to stores and online platforms.
  • Analyse sales data to assist in identifying trends and providing insights for the team.
  • Support the Merchandising team in maintaining stock levels and optimising sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure product availability and effective replenishment.
  • Assist with the preparation and updating of merchandising reports and documents.
  • Ensure product information and pricing are accurate across all platforms.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive and organized individual with an interest in retail and merchandising.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team player with a willingness to support others and contribute to the team's success.
  • Basic analytical skills and comfort working with data and reports.
  • Previous experience in a merchandising or administrative role is desirable, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
