This role involves leading financial due diligence projects for a diverse client base across various sectors, including Private Equity, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Mid-Market, and Corporates (Energy and Natural Resources, Life Sciences, TMT, CDI, and SPA).Key Responsibilities:Financial Due Diligence: The Manager M&A Transactions will leverage their extensive experience in due diligence to provide insights and construct solutions tailored to client needs.Client Engagement: Acting as a key contact for clients and advisors on a day-to-day basis, the Manager M&A Transactions will build trusted relationships and add value by integrating expertise from different business areas.Cost Management and Reporting: The Manager M&A Transactions will oversee cost management, reporting, and monitoring of recovery rates against budgets, ensuring efficient financial oversight.Project Management: Delivering large sections or full work streams from end-to-end, the Manager M&A Transactions will ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.Team Leadership: Providing robust financial analysis and reviewing the work of junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.Qualifications:Experience: Proven track record in managing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams and providing direct advice to clients, showcasing technical expertise.Experience: You will be able to draw on your strong Financial Due Diligence experience to work with a variety of clients or sector specific clients.Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.Project Management: Effective in managing multiple stakeholders' needs and re-planning as necessary to adapt to changing requirements.Desirable Skills:Leadership: A supportive attitude towards coaching, developing, and inspiring junior team members.Customer Focus: Dedication to providing the best possible customer experience, advice, and value for each project.Continuous Improvement: A commitment to personal growth and continuous self-improvement.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with others and deliver consistent results.Benefits:Competitive salary up to 80,000.Comprehensive benefits package.Flexible working environment promoting work-life balance.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.How to Apply:If you are a proactive and experienced leader looking for an opportunity to make an impact as a Manager M&A Transactions, we encourage you to apply.
