MET Technician�

We are currently recruiting for an MET Technician for a very busy bodyshop for a national accident repair centre.��

The general role will involve being able to follow methods that involve repairing customers' vehicles to a high standard.�

Role Responsibilities�

• 
  

  Assessing damage of vehicles in terms of mechanical and electrical components�

  
  


• 
  

  Using diagnostic equipment to diagnose and repair electrical faults�

  
  


• 
  

  Stripping and refitting parts on a vehicle that have been damaged�

  
  


• 
  

  Repairing or replacing damaged panels and components to a required standard�

  
  


• 
  

  Fixing mechanical damage�

  
  


• 
  

  Aligning wheels�

  
  


• 
  

  Ordering required parts from parts department�

  
  


• 
  

  Working from job sheets��

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare invoices on completed work�

  
  

Role Requirements�

• 
  

  ATA qualified��

  
  


• 
  

  3 years' experience within motor vehicle refinishing trade��

  
  


• 
  

  Attention to detail�

  
  


• 
  

  Quality control�

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work under pressure�

  
  


• 
  

  Able to work independently and as part of a team�

  
  


• 
  

  Safety conscious�

  
  

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (42.5 hours per week)�

Salary �36,465 plus up to �800 monthly bonus.�
