We are looking for a Meter Reader who would like to help us reach our mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service.
This role is covering the Somerset and surrounding areas.
As the Meter Reader y our key responsibilities are
Capturing water meter reading data from customers meters within set timescales
Support the delivery of the departments KPI for meter readings
Providing reasons if water meter is unable to be read
Receiving and transmitting meter reads via handheld units
Fault finding including meter exchanges
About you
Excellent customer service skills
Driving licence essential
Experience of the utility industry desirable
A knowledge of health and safety standards
Ability to use Microsoft Office or equivalent
