MFL teacher - French & Spanish

Position: MFL Teacher (French and Spanish)
Location: South Sheffield
Working Days: 4 days a week (flexible)
Required: QTS, Fluent in French and Spanish, Confident Teaching up to GCSE Level

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join our dynamic team. This role involves teaching French and Spanish up to GCSE level for four days a week. The specific days are flexible and can be arranged to fit around your existing commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in French and Spanish.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the MFL curriculum.
• Support students in their preparation for GCSE examinations.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Fluency in both French and Spanish.
• Confidence and experience in teaching French and Spanish up to GCSE level.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and the ethos of lifelong learning.
