MI Analyst

MI Analyst - SQL, Python, Azure
Looking for a skilled MI Analyst to join an innovative London Market Insurer. You will contribute to the Analytics function by designing, developing, maintaining high-performance reporting tools, and presenting large volumes of data in near real-time. Your attention to detail will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports produced for both internal and external stakeholders.
This position is ideal for candidates experienced in handling large data sets in Azure and SQL, as well as those who have developed customised reporting solutions. This is an opportunity to work closely across the business and provide data-driven insights necessary to drive informed decision-making and enhance overall business performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support the creation of MI across various business areas
• Ensure precise and reliable reporting for internal and external audiences
• Establish robust processes to guarantee the accuracy of all generated reports
• Enhance reporting capabilities by engaging with stakeholders at different levels
• Produce visually compelling MI that highlights the unique strengths of the business

Required Skills and Experience:

• Advanced SQL skills are essential; familiarity with Python and R is a plus
• Experience with MI reporting tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau
• Proven experience in a data-focused or analytics role
• Proficiency in working with and understanding complex data models
• Demonstrated ability to produce and present reports to senior business stakeholders
