Microsoft 365 Consultant

Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: Hybrid - Edinburgh (2x per week)

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant to support a key project involving Exchange migrations, server builds, security updates, and integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Exchange, cloud migrations, and troubleshooting complex mailbox transitions. We will be looking to get someone started between the first and second week of April.

\nKey Responsibilities:\n

\n
• Lead Exchange migrations from on-prem to cloud, troubleshooting complex mailbox issues.
\n
• Manage Exchange server builds and advise on consolidating existing servers to Exchange 2019.
\n
• Implement security and cumulative updates for Exchange.
\n
• Conduct Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and perform searches across on-prem and cloud environments (Purview).
\n
• Configure and manage Workday connectors.
\n
• Develop scripts for Salesforce email setup and manage mail forwarding from Exchange to Salesforce.
\n
• Provide expertise on Windows 11 implementation and troubleshooting.
\n

\nSkills & Experience Required:\n

\n
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 & Exchange (on-prem and cloud).
\n
• Expertise in Exchange migrations, server builds, and security updates\n
\n
• Knowledge of DSAR processes and Purview for cloud-based searches.
\n
• Experience integrating Workday connectors.
\n
• Scripting skills for Salesforce email configurations.
\n
• Familiarity with Windows 11 deployment and management.
\n
