About the Role :
Our client, a leading global group in life-saving technology, is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect. This critical role supports their ambitious digital transformation strategy, enhancing and integrating their innovative products and operations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities :
As the
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect , you will report to the Director of Enterprise IT, focusing on the design and implementation of technology initiatives that support the company's growth strategy.
Develop and implement the Group and Operating Companies' Business Systems strategy, with a strong emphasis on ERP, CRM, Finance, Talent, and system integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Establish and maintain end-to-end reference architecture for enterprise applications, driving standardization and platform harmonization.
Collaborate with HQ and group companies to understand requirements, demonstrate use cases, and highlight the benefits of solution adoption.
Conduct feasibility studies and recommend technologies and vendors for enterprise business applications, with a specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Work closely with other architects to ensure scalable, secure, and beneficial enterprise application architecture solutions.
Promote the adoption of best practices for enterprise software to aid strategic growth, simplify processes, reduce implementation times, and lower costs.
Define and implement group-wide policies regarding application architecture, ensuring optimal configuration and security.
Serve as the global subject matter expert for enterprise architecture solutions, particularly ERP for Manufacturing, Finance, CRM, Integrations, and data.
Stay updated with product changes to ensure optimal configurations across the company's solutions.
Partner with vendors and service integrators to deliver key technology initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills :
3-5+ years of experience in architecting and implementing enterprise business applications, with practical implementation experience.
Extensive experience with ERP systems and related capabilities, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
Hands-on experience in Dynamics ERP configuration, customization, workflows, dashboards, and reports development.
Expert understanding of COTS software data integration strategies and API-based technology platforms.
Proven track record in assessing technologies and vendors, especially in MS Dynamics 365 modules.
Experience in an Agile, delivery-oriented technology environment.
Strong functional knowledge and understanding of MS Dynamics 365 ERP, ideally covering manufacturing companies.
Proven ability to create as-is and to-be roadmaps and investment plans.
Demonstrated operational excellence and strategic mindset in a global company environment.
