Microsoft Dynamics Consultant (F&O)

This is a brand-new role for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Consultant within a high-profile Non-Profit organisation as they expand their technology division to drive even greater impact. They are dedicated to making a positive difference and believe that harnessing the power of technology is crucial in achieving their goals.The person in this role will be asked to:Provide subject matter expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations.Own the application lifecycle.Manage stakeholders throughout the varied business areasAssist the Applications Manager by supporting enterprise applications and their change roadmaps - specifically Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM).Manage changes to the system including facilitating the gathering of User requirementsHelp bring continual improvement to the platform and act as subject matter expert for Dynamics.Map business processes and analyse workflow within the application and make recommendations to the best solution for the business.Create and maintain test scripts and test execution plans for all system upgrades and changes.Own the management of bug fixes throughout all test phases including post go live support and Business as usual operations.And should have: Detailed functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and financial processesPrevious experience as a Microsoft ERP analystIn depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics 365 Business Central or AX or NAVKnowledge of design, configuration, and implementation methodologies within an application development lifecycleHigh level stakeholder management experience.This is a pragmatic, humble and well regarded Charitable organisation who are looking for like minded people to help them redefine their technology offering.
