They will be able to assess each customer’s network and security in order to establish the most efficient onboarding of Microsoft Defender.The Microsoft SME will have to work with Defender customers, assess their environment, network and software to identify the actions needed for a smooth and quick Onboarding of Microsoft Defender as well as training and educating other Engineers in providing customer assistance.Key Responsibilities:Take care of a group of customers and partners throughout the duration of their onboarding process.Ensure to keep all relevant knowledge up to date and take responsibility of service improvementEnsure onboarding programs are delivered on time while being cost effective and efficientProvide training and mentoring to other members of the teamRequirements:Qualifications / equivalent in terms of work experience3 years’ experience in customer support/serviceAbility to communicate well with corporate customersPossess an understanding of the Defender onboarding processExperience configuring and deploying security solutions, ideally MDE/MDO/MCAS/MDI/M365 Defender in large organisationsHow To ApplyPlease send a CV to #####
