Position: MICWCI or LICWCI Qualified�Clerk of Works



Location: Central London office - Travel across Greater London



Work Type: Permanent & Full Time



Package: �40000pa to �55000pa�- Commensurate with experience and qualification levels

BRG are working with a fantastic company offering the chance to work for a top Residential Property and Construction company in London, which has many years of expertise in providing Building Consultancy services.�



About the Role:



We are looking to add a talented and qualified Clerk of Works to our Central London team. Travel will be required across Greater London to supervise different Construction, with the ideal applicant being able to guarantee that all work is completed in accordance with the strictest guidelines for quality, safety, and adherence to contractual obligations and design requirements.



Primary Responsibilities:




  • Pay frequent visits to building sites to keep an eye on the work being done and its quality

    Verify that all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and specifications through quality assurance

  • Determine any flaws or shortcomings and suggest fixing them

  • Keep thorough records of all site visits, examinations, and problems found - Reports will be prepared for stakeholders and project management.

  • Ensure that construction operations abide by all applicable building and planning laws, environmental regulations, and health and safety guidelines

  • Work together with architects, engineers, contractors, and other relevant parties to guarantee clear communication and problem-solving

  • Find and fix any possible problems that can affect the project's budget, schedule, or quality

  • Thorough comprehension of building materials, techniques and laws
