Indeed, it offers the opportunity of working with highly qualified professionals, ensuring fast and rewarding paths of professional development.Position Summary:GRIMALDI ALLIANCE is seeking a mid-level associate to join the team in their London office.The ideal candidate should be a fully qualified Solicitor, admitted to practice in England and Wales, currently working as a mid-level associate.The ideal candidate should be a transactional lawyer with 1-3 PQE, being apt in general company and commercial law, whilst having a solid grasp of other areas such as banking and finance. This will be an advantage given how work is fed in from other verticals and from across the offices of the Alliance.The candidate for this role will be dealing with: Corporate M&A, Joint ventures, Commercial contracts, Private Equity, Shareholder agreements and much more and, therefore, must have previous experience managing corporate matters and an ability to lead independently mid-market transactions.This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurial lawyer with ambition and drive for career progression who, whilst is happy to work under the supervision of senior lawyers, is willing to make a difference by contributing personally and actively with the marketing and business development of the firm.Key Requirements:The London office of GA is part of a worldwide Alliance and a truly international firm. Therefore, it welcomes candidates from any foreign/international background, with the ability to communicate fluently in English as well as in Italian or another language but a settled status or the right to live and work permanently in the UK are an essential requirement.The applicant should have at least 1/3 years post-qualification experience in the UK: any period of working experience in any other jurisdiction of admission will be considered and valued.
