Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Duties:
- Develop and present creative concepts tailored to client briefs.
- Produce detailed design documentation and coordinate technical drawings.
- Manage FF&E selection, procurement, and installation processes.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables align with budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 + years of experience in interior design, specifically on luxury Hospitality or Residential project
- Proficient user of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray or Enscape)
- A high-quality portfolio of previous work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for design, with a keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills
