Job Title: Midweight Designer

Location: Essex, United Kingdom

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview: As a Midweight Designer, you will play a key role in developing creative concepts and delivering high-quality design work across various projects. You will work closely with our senior design team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that our design solutions meet the highest standards and align with our clients' vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of projects including branding, digital, print, and advertising.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Produce high-quality design work, from initial concept through to final execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the quality and creativity of our work.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a design role, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with digital design, including web and social media assets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for design and creativity.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web development processes.
