MIG Welder

Pertemps Dudley are excited to be working in collaboration with a successful manufacturer in the Dudley area. Our client are in requirement of an experienced MIG Welder, specifically with experience in the structural industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks on structural steel components
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements
• Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute welding tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Assist in the preparation of materials and equipment for welding tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Structural Welder
• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Hours of work:

• 8am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday
• 8am-2.30pm Fridays
