ROLE: Mixing Plant Granulation Operative
HOURS: Weekly rotational shift pattern; 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, 4 on, 4 off - Permanent Role
SALARY: £15.07 p/hr, plus £1 p/hr shift allowance - £32,912.88 basic, £35,096.88 inclusive of shift allowance

We have an additional opportunity for a Mixing Plant/Granulation Operative to support our Mixing Plant Management and Extrusion teams, based at our Clover Nook Site, Somercotes, Alfreton.

WHAT OUR MIXING PLANT / GRANULATION OPERATIVES DO:

Record all data for the Production and QC for Mixing Plant / Granulation
Actively monitor stock levels of all raw materials and finished blends
Ensure that all raw materials are checked and approved prior to loading
Check stock levels against consumption
Highlight any issues against the raw material delivery schedule
Carry out all relevant quality control testing and ensure that the material is within specification
Report any failures or issues
Support the delivery of production targets (OEE, output, scrap, productivity etc)
Ensure production targets are achieved/improved upon
Report any non-conforming product or anything that differs from the prescribed process
Support mixing plant management to implement/execute CIWHAT WE NEED FROM OUR MIXING PLANT / GRANULATION OPERATIVES :

Full UK driving licence
FLT licence desirable
Quality minded with great attention to detail
Self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others
Excellent communication skills
