Mobile AC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Central London - up to £45,000 Are you a Mobile AC Engineer looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider?An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio in Central London has arisen. GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mobile AC Engineer to work on across a portfolio of sites in Central London. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London. The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across the portfolio.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.This position would be ideal for a Mobile AC Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within HVAC + Air conditioning systems. In return the company are offering a salary up to £45,000 with overtime, training + Van + Fuel card for travelling in between jobs.There is also On call with this position which is a 1 in 12 call out.Key Duties & Responsibilities: PPM's and Reactive worksHVAC MaintenanceAHU's, FCU's and ChillersUpdate contract managers with relevant client or site informationUpdating site log booksProvide further works reports where required Completing all works to a high standard Required Skills: AC and Refrigeration Level 2 or Level 3 NVQF-GAS QualificationWorking experience in a HVAC or Building Services environment Other preferable skills: Mechanical, basic electrical and basic plumbing.Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
