Employment Solutions are working with a well-established engineering firm, seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Maintenance Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join its expanding team. This company provides innovative engineering solutions to clients across the UK, designing, manufacturing, and installing bespoke infrastructure.

This role would suit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with strong technical skills, who enjoys travel and working independently across various locations. Ideal for someone with a background in commercial maintenance and service, the position requires an individual who is self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of troubleshooting and solving technical issues efficiently. A proactive professional with NVQ qualifications and F-Gas certification, this person should be eager to contribute to a leading engineering provider known for its innovation and client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to service calls nationwide, providing prompt support for clients
  • Test, service, and repair various air conditioning systems, including split units, VRV/VRF, and water chillers
  • Diagnose faults and implement effective repairs
  • Offer technical advice and support to clients, ensuring high service standards
  • Report directly to the Technical Service Manager with updates on work performed

The role has a competitive salary from �35K - �40K per annum. This will be a 40-hour working week There is also a range of company benefits, including a company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop. You will see 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and an attendance bonus for contracted hours.
