Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer

Company:

UK division of a group of companies who deliver FM and Building Services Engineering solutions for commercial clients. 
The Role:

You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant (natural gas) in schools, colleges and commercial office buildings between east and west midlands and possibly up to stoke on Trent .

You will also carry out first line maintenance of mechanical services (AHU's, FCU's, basic plumbing).

The Person:

It is essential that you are a qualified Gas engineer and have experience of working in a facilities management environment.

Salary and Package:

Basic up to  £42,000 (40 hours per week)

Overtime rates of x1.5 and x2, call out allowance of c£100 per week (1 in 8/9)

8% pension

25 days holiday

Private use of van / 30 minutes travel each way.

40 hours per week.

2 days a year for paid charity leave

Life insurance – after 36 months service, 2/3 salary is paid including pension contributions until you are 65 (just life a critical illness insurance policy)
