A brilliant opportunity to join a leading service provider in building maintenance. They have a variety of contracts across London & the home counties across high end residential, commercial offices, and in the entertainment sector.

Ideally you will be Electrically qualified and have 18th Edition.

Duties:

• Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance across High End Residential & Commercial sites
• Building maintenance works
• PPM servicing
• Fault finding
• Reactive breakdowns
• HVAC

Package:

• Up to �44,000 depending on experience
• Van & Fuel Card (personal use)
• Private Healthcare
• 25 days holiday
