Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

* Position: Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer
* Location: Covering Hampshire
* Salary: £40,000 Per annum + Van & Fuel card as well as travel paid after 45 minutes.

My client is a leading maintenance provider looking for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team to service commercial sites throughout Hampshire.

Key Tasks:
* PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance.
* General building services tasks.
* Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
* UPS generators.
* Chillers.
* Lighting.
* PAT testing.
* Carry out daily checks of plant rooms and equipment.
* Maintain plant rooms in a clean, tidy and safe condition.
* Provide rapid and effective response to customer and helpdesk requirements.
* Review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and sub-contractor competencies before work permits are authorised.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements.

Candidate Specification:
* Strong technical skills
* Technically qualified as an Engineer (City & Guilds, HNC etc)
* 18th Edition
* Electrical or multi-skilled considered.
* Multi-skilled beneficial
* Good administrative skills
* Computer literate
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Client Facing

Package:
* £40,000 Per Annum + Package
* Van + Fuel card
* 23 days holiday
* Pension Scheme
