Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover West�side of London�salary to �47k plus overtime and great benefits.

Our client is a leading technical services provider�who specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in West / North West and central London.�

Role

• Planned Maintenance on Electrical / HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's


• Conduct site walk rounds and completing reports.


• Checking UPS systems


• Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / ballasts etc


• Changing lamps


• Changing / cleaning filters


• Minor alterations to BMS set points.

Location

Covering a number of high end commercial buildings in West / North / South West London, van and all parking permits etc provided.

Experience required

• Electrical / HVAC Building services maintenance background.


• Strong Electrical and Building Services Maintenance knowledge


• Electrical NVQ City & Guilds Level 2 / 3 qualified along with 18th Edition.


• Experience of thermal imaging beneficial.


• Understanding of Electrical / HVAC plant maintenance in a commercial environment (not domestic or install).


• Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on site on a daily basis.


• Ideal candidate will live around West / North West London

Salary / benefits

• Competitive salary �47k+ based on 38hrs


• Good overtime rates including time & half and double time.


• 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays


• On call (1 in 7) and stand by allowances


• Minimum 4 hours paid when called out at enhanced rate


• Pension (3% employee 5% company)

The successful applicant will be provided with a Van / Car plus fuel card, specialist tools, power tools, uniform, a laptop and a mobile phone.
