Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of� sites in London�salary to �48k plus overtime and great benefits.
Our client is a leading technical services provider�who specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings in and around London. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in Greater and central London.�
Role
- Planned Maintenance on Electrical / HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's
- Conduct site walk rounds and completing reports.
- Checking UPS systems
- Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / ballasts etc
- Changing lamps
- Changing / cleaning filters
- Minor alterations to BMS set points.
Location
Covering a number of high end commercial buildings in Central and Greater London, van and all parking permits etc provided.
Experience required
- Electrical�Building services maintenance background.
- Strong Electrical and Building Services Maintenance knowledge
- Electrical NVQ City & Guilds Level 2 / 3 qualified along with 18th Edition
- Understanding of Electrical / HVAC plant maintenance in a commercial environment (not domestic or install).
- Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on site on a daily basis.
- Ideal candidate will be happy to travel around London
Salary / benefits
- Competitive salary �48k+ based on 40hrs
- Good overtime rates including time & half and double time.
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
- On call (1 in 7) and stand by allowances
- Minimum 4 hours paid when called out at enhanced rate
- Pension (3% employee 5% company)
- Van with fuel card, private use permitted.
The successful applicant will be provided with a Van plus fuel card, specialist tools, power tools, uniform, a laptop and a mobile phone.
