Job Description
Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - South of England - Up to £45,000
Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 20 commercial buildings located in South the South of England. The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.
The sites include Cambridge, Bishop's Stortford, Birmingham (once a month), Milton Keynes and West Malling. Due to the location of the sites it would probably suit someone based in Cambridgeshire or Hertfordshire.

Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00pm

Key duties & Responsibilities

- Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm Maintenance \n
- Carry out PPM's & Reactive maintenance \n
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) \n
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc) \n
- Tap Temps \n
- Ensuring log books are kept up to date \n
- Escorting specialist sub contractors \n
- Assisting other engineers \n
- Offering technical support \n
Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00pm
Requirements
- \n
- City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 & 3 \n
- 17th or 18th Edition \n
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential) \n
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance \n
- An understanding of commercial building maintenance \n
- Multi-skilled \n
- Good communication skills \n
- Excellent customer service skills \n
- You must be happy to work on a "Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites across a large patch \n
