• One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider's, in the health sector.�

Your new role

• Working Monday - Friday, 37.5�hour week, across a portfolio of private healthcare sites (health centres, dental sites, admin offices and hospitals) across Kidderminster, Walsall, Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.�


• You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the sites.�


• Painting, minor�decorating, patch work, minor repairs, basic joinery & carpentry, light replacements and changes, furniture re-arrangements, any�other general building service maintenance.


• Engaging with the client and the wider team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a caretaker, handyperson or maintenance role, preferably within a commercial environment would be ideal.


• You must hold Level 2 Carpentry & Joinery�


• Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial. �


• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
