Mobile HVAC Engineer

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile HVAC Engineer�to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mobile HVAC Engineer�who wants to work in a diverse role�where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile HVAC Engineer,�you will�provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile HVAC Engineer,�will be responsible for:

• You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client.


• Answering queries,�overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.


• You will be assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations


• Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.


• You should be capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours,�with a pro-active and positive approach to work.


• You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.

To be successful for this Mobile HVAC Engineer role you must have:

• The ideal candidate would be qualified at a City & Guilds level�with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.


• You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.


• You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.


• It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg


• Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment


• Work at heights


• UK driving license.
