Mobile - North of the UK - Northeast and Scottish Borders
£30,000 - £34,000 OTE of £45,000
Monday Friday, 8am - 5pm
Van, Tools & Fuel Card Provided!
We have a fantastic opportunity available working for a great Small Works provider based out of Swansea, for a small works carpenter to support across multiple commercial sites in the North of the UK and beyond as and when required!
Duties and Responsibilities of the successful Engineer:
Ability to provide clean and efficient works across a multitude of sites ranging from commercial, to industrial and government buildings.
Provide a reactive and installation service
Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
Carry out modifications and installations when required
Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
Liaise with client/management
Qualifications and Experience:
City & Guilds Level 2/3 carpentry and joiner or NVQ Level 2
Previous reactive, install or projects experience in a commercial environment and be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade
Client facing experience (desirable)

£40 per night staying away allowance - approx 90 days a year and additional earnings of £10,000!!
Uniform, PPE, Phone Provided
22 days annual leave + 8 days. Goes up every year to 25 total!
1.5x/2x overtime rates
