Mobile Maintenance Electrician

The Company:

A global FM and property management company who actively encourage internal promotion and progression.�

The Role:

All travel is paid door to door.

Working exclusively on one contract that has just been renewed for a further 3 years, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services across 10 mixed use sites, (industrial and commercial) between Central London, Felixstowe�and Dartford.��

You will be predominantly working on electrical services although you will still be required to carry out general PPM's.�

The person:

• It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are a fully-qualified electrician.

Salary:

�40,00 - �40,500, all travel paid, private use of the van, door to door, 25 Days holiday plus Bank holidays, 3%/5% pension.

Currently there is no call out rota although this may change in the coming months�to a 1 in 7 rota, with standby being paid at �150 per week
