Mobile Maintenance Electrician

The Company:

Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies, T/O c�100m, who design, install and maintain commercial M&E services.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services for commercial office space, data centres and gyms between, Milton Keynes, North & East London to Kent and Crawley.�

You will also carry out small electrical installations, (moving sockets, replacing lighting) and�first line mechanical maintenance, including AHUs, FCUs, general plumbing, filter changes and tap temps.
The Person:

It is essential that you are a fully qualified electrician with C&G 2391 or 2394/5.�
The Salary:

Basic for 40 hours - �42,848 with (door to door travel paid at time and a half)�after 8 hours.�

23 days holiday + 4%/4%�pension

O/T rates of x 1.5 (�30.90) after 8 hours daily and x 2 (�41.20) Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday.

Company van and fuel card - no private use.

50 hours per week equates to��58,916 as all travel is paid.
