Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer�to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a�Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer�who wants to work in a diverse role�where no two days are the same.

As the�Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer,�you will�provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The�Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer,�will be responsible for:

• Undertaking�the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment.


• This includes service, maintenance, and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.


• You may also be required to work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines.�


• You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of manufacturer plants, for example, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba, and LG.


• Understanding installation designs and bespoke manufacturer trouble shooting procedures, whilst also being comfortable with seeking manufacturer technical support autonomously is desirable.


• You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.�

To be successful for this Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer�role you must have:

• City & Guilds level�with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.


• You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.


• You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.


• It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg.


• Be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment.


• Work at heights.


• Available to join a call out rota


• Hold a full UK driving license.�
