Mobile Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider – Surrey – up to £39,000 + Package
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a mixed commercial portfolio in sites between Crawley and Guildford. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing in facilities maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £39,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Hours of Work & Package Information

• Basic Salary of up to £39,000
\n
• Call out of 1 in 10  - £60 per week, x2 Saturday PM and Sunday all-day
\n
• Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
\n
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
\n
• Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
\n
• Private use of the van
\n
• Full company uniform
\n
• PDA and Mobile phone
\n

Key Duties & Responsibilities.

\n
• Repairing Toilets and Sinks 
\n
• Unblocking Toilets 
\n
• Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
\n
• Pipework inspections and repairs
\n
• Minor installation works 
\n
• Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
\n
• Flexible in helping other trades on site 
\n
• Planned and reactive works 
\n
• Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks.
\n
• To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota
\n

Requirements

\n
• Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
\n
• Full Driver’s license
\n
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
• Client Facing
\n
