The Role-

• Building fabric repairs and maintenance tasks
• Inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations

The Candidate-

• A background within Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar
• Either C&G Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 and/or 3 or equivalent / technical diploma.
• You will need a driving licence.
