Mobile Service Engineer - Air Conditioning

Mobile Service Engineer - Air Conditioning - Bristol, Gloucester (Mainly) & Midlands - Up to �45,000 (OTE up to �65,000)

8am - 4:30pm with overtime paid (including travel)

Ideal Qualifications

• City and Guilds 2079 FGAS Category 4
• City and Guilds Refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pumps

Experience

1. Field Based experience in fault finding, repairs and PPM on all M&E systems
2. Knowledge of HVAC systems
3. Good knowledge of Legionella & L8 water temp testing
4. Be experienced in low level statutory compliance tasks, inc. emergency lighting flick tests, monthly tap temp readings, meter readings, etc
5. Should have a basic knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC Controls

Responsibilities

• Attend planned/scheduled PPM visits
• Attend to breakdowns and repairs
• Complete small installations
• Complete site surveys and assist in compiling tenders (materials/labour assessments)
• Participate in an on-call rota system
• Required to complete daily Job reports
• Providing client at site level with advice and clear explanations
• Providing advice and guidance to other engineers
