• A leading Facilities Management & Technical Services provider predominantly hard services covering the UK.

Your new role

• Working Monday - Friday, 37.5�hour week, across a mobile portfolio�of private healthcare sites, in Mitcham and surrounding areas.


• Overseeing a team of�multi-skilled engineers, managing logbooks and compliance, ensuring the team meet SLA's, driving team performance, overseeing contractors, working closely with the hard services manager .�


• Planned and reactive maintenance including emergancy light testing, fire alarm testing, filter changes on AHU's, minor repairs and other aspects of general building maintenance duties.

What you'll need to succeed

• The ideal candidate will have experience in the FM / building services industry, carrying out the above duties.�


• Managed/ Supervised a team previously would be ideal.


• Looking to speak with candidates who are keen to continue progressing.�
