Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in French/Spanish, with a strong understanding of the respective cultures.
• Right to work in the UK - this is essential
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Must provide 2 proven professional references
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to lead the school team effectively and efficiently and work with other professionals and agencies
• Excellent communication skills - oral, written and presentational
• The ability to lead curriculum development and innovation

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality Spanish/French lessons to students of varying abilities.
• Ability to secure high standards of behaviour and establish a culture of excellence in the specific subject area, in line with academy expectations and strategic priorities
• Fully committed to raising achievement and ensuring all learners achieve the best outcomes possible
• Maintain appropriate records to demonstrate progress made by students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the wider school community.
