Modern Workplace Architect - Application Packaging

Location: Hybrid / Salisbury (2 days on-site per week)
Salary: Up to �72,000 base salary, plus benefits, perks and healthcare options
Clearance required: Eligibility for SC Clearance

About the Role

As a Modern Workplace Architect, you'll drive the design, planning, and delivery of cutting-edge workplace solutions, with a particular focus on application packaging for Windows 11 environments. You'll work alongside a diverse group of consultants and technologists, collaborating across a variety of industries and sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Windows 11 application packaging solutions, including conversion to Microsoft Intune MSIX formats
• Package, test, and deploy applications using tools like AdminStudio, InstallShield, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune
• Provide technical guidance on packaging best practices aligned with client and industry standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve packaging issues to ensure secure and compliant deployments
• Document all packaging processes and maintain clear procedural guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in application packaging and deployment in Windows environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and SCCM
• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, VBScript)
• In-depth understanding of Windows 11 architecture
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to meet UK SC Security Clearance requirements (5 years UK residency minimum)
