Are you an experienced and dynamic professional with a strong background in the MOJ Portal? We are looking for a highly skilled MOJ Team Leader to join our client’s growing team in Liverpool. If you have leadership experience and a passion for guiding and developing a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Fee Earners handling MOJ Portal claims (Stage 1, Stage 2 & Stage 3).
\n
• Ensure the team consistently meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintains high levels of client satisfaction.
\n
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members, ensuring continuous professional development.
\n
• Oversee the progress of claims, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with relevant regulations.
\n
• Review and monitor caseloads, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the effective handling of complex cases.
\n
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for improving team performance and productivity.
\n
• Handle escalated client issues and queries, providing solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.
\n

Essential Skills & Experience:

\n
• Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role within MOJ Portal claims management.
\n
• Strong knowledge of the MOJ Portal process and personal injury law.
\n
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to handle a high volume of claims and meet deadlines under pressure.
\n
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Experience with case management systems and working to performance targets.
\n
