Morning Cleaner in Whitstable

**PLEASE NOTE, YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF A 10 MILE RADIUS TO WHITSTABLE, KENT**

Town and Country Cleaners are expanding their team!! We are looking for an early morning cleaner in Whitstable. These two roles are being advertised together to be completed by one individual. This would suit somebody who can work in a team of two and is also happy to work alone.

The role is Monday to Sunday across two sites as outlined below:

• South Quay Shed @ £12.25 per hour (rising to £13 in April.) Monday to Sunday (Thursdays off) 6am to 8am.


• Windsor House @£11.44 per hour (rising to £12.21 in April.) Monday to Friday 8.15am to 9.45am, Thursdays 8am to 10.30am.

To clarify, the shift pattern for the week is as per below:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - 6am to 8am AND 8.15am to 9.45am

Thursday - 8am to 10.30am

Saturday and Sunday - 6am to 8am

This totals 19.5 hours per week. You will be paid fortnightly.

Main Duties

• Maintain the designated areas to a high cleaning standard in line with the cleaning specification required. These could be shops and restaurants.


• Your cleaning duties may include, but are not limited to, toilets, floors, carpets, surfaces, and bins.


• Reporting any issues regarding equipment, stock, or areas.

Candidate Requirements

• Cleaning experience is preferred however training will be provided.


• Knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety is preferred.


• Reliable.


• Live within a commutable distance.


• Strong work ethic.


• Take pride in their work.


• Have sufficient documents to pass a Right to Work.
